Dr. Wood teaches her clients a wide range of stress-busting techniques in the course of psychotherapy. However, these techniques are wonderful for anybody, in therapy or not. These pages also offer written reminders for active clients to be used in between sessions. Please feel free to print them out and keep them handy.

Use of these techniques resolves immediate symptoms: They do not solve the original problem.
