A Couple of Mallards
I do see couples, but not for marital therapy or couples counseling per se. If--in the context of a healthy relationship--one of you is ill or disabled, or you have lost a child, however, I am glad to work with you on those issues.

I have worked with child abuse and neglect since 1974, when I was a caseworker with the Fulton County (GA) Department of Family and Children Services, Child Protection Division.

Although I no longer see children, I am honored to work with older adolescents and adults on their journeys to heal from histories of parental neglect, physical and sexual abuse, and other early trauma.

For more detail about my training and work experience in this area, please see About Dr. Wood.
